Better known today as Aquagym, this activity was first known as Aquatic Gymnastics. The water pressure prevents shocks and minimizes the risk of muscle aches, strains, or strains. Club Méditerranée Corfu Ipsos July 1977

So off we went, the two of us, selling it to all the GMs on the beach. "Water gym in front of the offices at 5:00 p.m." 120 GMs responded, mostly women.
Opposite, the village of Hélios Corfu, which is opening with the VIPs from Paris visiting. Dudule (Gérard JOACHIM), the big boss of Sports, arrives at Ipsos and sees me at work the next day.
